This is a client in the Leeds area looking to grow their existing Valuations team. You will join a very successful company known for being a market leader in their sector. You will work on behalf of a wide range of clients, providing Valuation services on such things as pubs, hotels, restaurants, guest houses, care homes etc
Due to the nature of the work, you must be MRICS, and knowledge / background of Valuations is essential. Any work carried out in the leisure / retail or licensed premises sectors would be a distinct advantage.
Salaries will be in the region of £25,000 - £38,000 give or take, with an excellent benefits package including a good commission structure.
