LOCATION: Northern Home Counties (Head Office - Milton Keynes)
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be available to receive the necessary training which will cover the Company's bespoke software, technology and recruitment procedures required to fulfil the role.
Writing and delivering a training plan incorporating best sales practices, territory planning, use of equipment, reporting whilst at all times demonstrating professionalism and integrity and protecting the Company brand.
Setting out optimum territories based on potential survey volumes.
As the role progresses, the possibility may arise that you need to begin recruiting team leaders to cover territories across the UK.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will work closely with the Sales, IT and Marketing departments.
You will be responsible for setting up reporting channels with each surveyor and providing regular reports to the Head of Sales (electronically).
You will test survey software in the field making recommendations on any changes required.
You will carry out marketing procedures to test the market place and subsequently make necessary recommendations on routes to market.
You will be responsible for elements of marketing including literature, pricing and customer feedback.
You will continue to review the market looking for complimentary activities.
Carrying out the duties above whilst continuing to always act in a manner in line with the Company's standards is essential.

Knowledge and Experience Required:
Experience of a sales environment is essential for this position. Equally, experience or a qualification in a training capacity is important.
This role would suit a Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) or equivalent rank in other services. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the management and motivation of people.
Location is not significant although northern home-counties would be ideal. The successful candidate will be mobile and prepared to travel regularly to meet the requirements of the role.
No previous experience with regards to software, product or surveys is envisaged as FULL TRAINING will be provided.
