TRAINING NEED ANALYST / HAMPSHIRE / £40-50K
* Our client has a key role for a Training Needs Analyst with experience in all aspects of the Needs Analysis process from the initial scoping of training requirements through to recommendation of training solutions
* We are looking for applications from candidates with experience of working within the guidelines & processes used by clients from the MoD &/or Industry
Your attributes will encompass:
- Ability to liaise & communicate effectively at meetings with customer
- Background in military or civilian training analysis & development
- Understanding of the Training Lifecycle
- Understanding of Training Requirements capture in accordance with MoD practices/procedures
- Competent in database manipulation
- Understanding of Qualification, Certification & Accreditation Requirements
- Exp interfacing with 3rd party organisations desirable along with knowledge of learning management & object managing systems, including SCORM compliancy & SFIA framework mapping
* You may also design & develop training solutions including training strategies (full range of training methods/media), training plans including scheduling/managing student/learning outcomes, instructional specs, evaluation/assessment |
