Training Development Manager

We are looking for a Training Development Manager responsible for the design, development and management of effective learning solutions and programmes across the UK division. This is a successful Aerospace organisation based in the Midlands. This role requires the ability to understand organisational requirements and to positively influence others in order to drive through initiatives on time and in full.

You must either have aerospace, automotive or rail experience, be CIPD qualified and have a strong training and development background.
