Training Administrator ?22,500 to ?25,000
Role:
To provide a comprehensive administrative and clerical support service to the L&D Team and provide an efficient and effective service to customers.

Duties:
Take course bookings, receive booking forms and send out joining instructions to customers in line with Level 2 Balance Scorecard measures.
Liaise with internal and external customers by telephone, face to face and by e-mail.
Make available all necessary training materials, equipment for in-house events, co-ordinating relevant distribution and reproduction so that events happen on time.
Input information onto Oracle accurately and in time with Balance Scorecard measures.
Liaise with internal and external course Suppliers to ensure training is delivered within Level 2 Balance Scorecard measures.
Arrange training venues, travel and accommodation according to training requirements.
Process all formal documents, i.e. purchase requisitions, hotel bookings, cheque requisitions, with accuracy and timely manner ensuring invoices are paid on time.
Prepare financial reports, update ledgers and conduct analysis of training evaluation data as basis for L&D updates, BSC measures and KPI reporting.
Distribution of training certificates, record keeping/archiving, filing and general office administration.
Manage asset register for all L&D owned equipment (Projectors, Laptops etc)
Set-up course activity and event information into Oracle when required. Including resource bookings.
Manage Sponsorship records and payments in Oracle ensuring all records are kept accurate.
Provide period reports from Oracle to the Training Administration Manager in line with the Training Administration Guide or when requested by L&D team members.


Skills:
Competent in IT skills with the following required as a minimum - intermediate Microsoft office including mail merge, Excel, Word
Good level numeracy and literacy
Ability to understand and report against relevant budgets
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
The ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of departments and individuals
Clear understanding of and focus on excellent customer service.
Education to A level standard (possibly working towards CIPD)
Worked in a contractual (or regulated) environment
Oracle system expertise preferred but not essential.
Worked in a customer service environment involving day to day interaction with customers.
