Test Engineer - Vehicle Systems - South West

• A proven track record in conducting qualification testing and trials activities within the AFV Land Systems or Automotive Sector.
• Knowledge of project management/planning processes and how they can be best utilised within a structured testing environment.
• AFV Land Systems technical and or testing background. A proactive and engaging manner, good at working with large teams in a matrix management organisation.
• Experience of producing deliverables on time to a high standard in high pressure environments.

• Understanding of AFV Development Programmes
• Practical knowledge in the generation of test, evaluation and acceptance requirements that relate to technical requirements/specifications.
• Experience of co-ordinating engineering, manufacturing ands supply chain functions in the context of delivering qualification testing activities.
• Experience of working with military customers and European defence suppliers.
• Knowledge of safety, ILS and R&M disciplines
