Our client is a small, fast-growing systems engineering consultancy who are independent and impartial providers of systems engineering and engineering science to the Defence and Aerospace business sectors. They are a rapidly growing force at the heart of systems engineering in both the commercial and military aircraft industries, particularly in the areas of Landing Gear, Fuel Systems and Unmanned Air Vehicles.
Due to this rapid expansion they are looking for systems engineers with an aerospace or defence background that have experience of Systems Verification or Integration Test.
Ideally, the successful candidates will have a minimum of a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace engineering, be fluent in English and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and team working skills.
Candidates must have:
·Experience of establishing and maintaining system requirements (in DOORS).
·Experience of managing the V&V activities undertaken by designers and suppliers throughout the product development cycle.
·Experience of writing Technical Reports and delivering Technical Presentations.
·An awareness of configuration management and quality systems.
