STRESS ENGINEER AVON / £25K-£35K
METHODS DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT
Applications welcomed from Stress Engineers with strong exp as an aircraft stress engineer, or in a relevant industry involved in the analysis of metallic (or composite) structures using a broad range of standard hand & computer methods. Must also have:
- Good understanding of aircraft components, production methods, & processes
- Team leadership with high regard for internal & external customers, whilst maintaining Aircraft integrity as the over-riding principle
- Aeronautical Engineering degree or equivalent
A Stress Engineer is sought to contribute to the development of analysis methods & processes in support of our client's project stress teams. Skills must include:
ENGAGING STRESS ENGINEERING role involving:
* Either directly, or via team, carrying out metallic static stress method evaluation for application to design solutions for a range of tasks, ranging from concept design to manufacturing Concessions & certification requirements.
* Technical instruction on methods & associated tools
* Undertake appropriate, associated project management tasks |
