STATIC DESIGN ENGINEER / AVON / £30K-£45K
* Excellent opportunity for a Static Design Engineer to join a leading global supplier of technologically advanced aerospace systems & components
* In this challenging role you will provide design services on a day to day basis
* Also includes metallic & composite Design of aircraft structures using CATIA V5

In this varied role, you will:
- Liaise with Lead Design Engineer to ensure engineering intent / manufacturability is captured in the detail design
- 3D modeling of structure & 2D definition of data for manufacture
- Progress engineering tasks to programme milestones
- Create supporting PDM data
- Design of structure in conjunction with specific procedures/processes
- Implement Customers Design Standards, working methods, procedures
- Ensure CAD & PDM best practices from customer are deployed & correctly implemented |
