SOFTWARE INTEGRATION ENGINEER / HERTFORDSHIRE / £NEG
A Software Integration Engineer is sought with the following experience:
- OO software design, using the UML & model-driven development
- Test specification, performance of workstation-based Web/GUI/Database Windows applications
- C/ C++/Java/XML
- Rational Robot/ Labview & other Test tools
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of SNMP protocols
- Knowledge of TMN Comms Model
- Knowledge of communications systems Network Management
- Use of software development using defined, controlled processes
- Knowledge of process maturity models (CMMI, ISO15504)
ROLE:
Software Designer to utilise best practise process & techniques throughout design, implementation & testing, & appropriate metrics utilised to control & monitor integrity & maintainability of the technical solution
Conventional & Agile development lifecycle models will be used where appropriate, & full configuration management of all versions & variants will be maintained using standard company ClearCase/ClearQuest mechanisms |
