This is a central Leeds client looking to recruit a Senior Valuations Surveyor. You will come in to head up the existing small team, acting as divisional manager, with responsibility to grow the team as well as carrying out client valuation instructions and client liaison. Typical instructions will be in the licensed trade; hotels, restaurants, guest houses, care homes etc. You will also become involved within the business development arena, something for which there will be an excellent commission structure. The role will also afford the successful candidate the opportunity to become an Associate in a relatively short space of time.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be MRICS, with an interest in team management and team / business development. Any work carried out in the leisure / retail or licensed premises sectors would be a distinct advantage.
Salaries will be in the £40,000 region, with excellent upwards potential. The role would offer someone a step up that may be lacking in their current organisation, possibly were your route to more senior positions is blocked off. |
