This is an opportunity to join our client and develop your career in Project Management, whilst working within the Military Air Solutions business. Successful candidates will be engaged in the management of the development, manufacture & support of leading military aircraft, and will be expected to be flexible, self-motivated and able to work within the constraints determined by the project.
You will have significant experience of project control in a complex environment. For these senior roles, you are likely to have experience in areas such as scheduling & planning, risk & opportunity management, earned value management, change & configuration control, project performance analysis or project management governance.
Candidates require excellent communication & interpersonal skills, along with a clear focus on both internal & external customers. The ability to analyse complex information will be critical, together with the ability to develop solutions and make clear & concise recommendations for action.
As a senior member of the Project Management team you will be expected to show effective leadership and may be asked to lead a team of project professionals.
Candidates should be degree level qualified (or equivalent) and a formal project management qualification (e.g. APMP / PMI) would be an advantage. Knowledge & understanding of Project Management tools & techniques will be required.
