Our client is one of the top 10 UK contractors, with a reputation as one of the most well organised companies to work for. They have an opportunity for a Senior Estimator. This opportunity has arisen due to the continued success of the companies Fit Out side of the Business. They are firmly established in London and the majority of their projects are Central London and are some of the most prestigious projects within the construction industry.
They are looking for a Senior Estimator to be based in their Head Office where you will report directly to the Director and Head of Estimating with the key duties being responsible for providing detailed and accurate cost plans or cost estimates as part of the company's proposal process. Also the Senior Estimator will be responsible for carrying out tender analysis and the production of net cost estimates for either fixed price or two stage tenders.

The ideal Senior Estimator must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills accompanied by the ability to develop relationships with clients. The ideal Senior Estimator must have strong problem solving skills, be a team player and be able to give accurate cost advice and conceptual budgeting
