The TV4T project sees the enhancement of the line from 2 tracks to 4 tracks from Armitage to Tamworth . This project has a demanding and challenging task of upgrading through both urban and greenfield sites. Works will include resignalling, civils, OLE and track works.
1.Prepare information required for programme-wide reporting each period including PMCS, the Executive Report Area Review Package and other Programme Controls reports.
2.Liaise with the Change Control Analyst and Financial Authority Group and facilitate all approved budget and authority changes are entered into PMCS and that it reflects the most up-to-date information, addressed in the BMR and Authority Report.
3.Co-ordinate the consolidation of PMCS information from the Project organisations. Validate the information input into PMCS is consistent with the Budget Management and Authority Reports.
4.PMCS management, being the control point for all matters relating to the running and administration of PMCS including technical and business issues. Ensuring consistency of data and representing the company on National PMCS User Group.
5.Summarise historical costs and forecast of future costs from the Cost Monitoring System (PMCS) and information gathered from the sub-Programme organisations.
6.ISO9001 Champion in managing administration and update of cost & change related procedures and PIMS processes.
