This is a leading West Yorkshire based Property Consultancy, who are looking to expand their Building Consultancy arm with the recruitment of a Senior Project Manager. You will take control or projects from inception to completion, ranging in value up to £10m. Projects are extremely varied in nature, so you will become involved in the office, industrial, retail and nursing home sectors.
You will ideally come from a Building Surveying background, but have developed your career away from the professional elements of Building Surveying, and more towards the management of multi million pound projects.
Salaries will be negotiable, but will be in the region of £35,000 - £40,000, together with a benefits package. You will have the opportunity to play a part in the long term strategic development of the team.
