This is a market leading construction related project and cost consultancy with a growing base in the West Yorkshire region.
They are looking to recruit a new senior member of staff within the Commercial / Urban regeneration sector. You will work closely with a wide range of developers, providing consultancy services through the entire development process (acquisition / design / planning / procurement / delivery). You will also be tasked with leading a team working within the regeneration sector, and also with developing existing clients whilst identifying and securing future business opportunities.
Any professional qualifications (MRICS / MAPM etc) are encouraged, as is a knowledge of regeneration projects. A background in team leadership and business generation would also be an advantage.
