This is a leading employer of Building Surveyors in the West Yorkshire region, currently looking to expand its team based on the edge of Leeds.
You will join a team as a Senior Building Surveyor, working primarily on a commission for a financial services client. The role will encompass all aspects of Building Surveying, including professional and project work, however, it will have a programme and project co-ordination focus. You will ideally have a background in commercial buildings.
Duties will include promoting the interests of all the team members and supporting the Directors in the day to day running of the business. You must display a thorough understanding of quality assurance and management principles, and be instrumental in the winning of work and business opportunities. You will also provide guidance, leadership and technical expertise to the team members.
You must hold a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and ideally membership of RICS (Building Surveying faculty). You must have a sound technical surveying knowledge demonstrating established ability.
