This is a leading firm of Construction Consultants with a very successful office in the Newcastle area, offering a mixture of Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services.
They are now in a position to bring on board a Senior / Associate level building surveyor who is looking for career progression. Typical duties will include party wall, dilaps, defect analysis, DDA, asbestos, fire audits, contract admin and project management. Sectors will be varied, including health, education and commercially orientated work
You must be an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, with at least 2 years post qualification. You will have knowledge of both the professional and project management elements of surveying, and be looking to progress.
Salaries are negotiable, and come with a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance, bonus etc
