Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Security Training Manager in continuous improvement of the programme.
- Where possible, identify and bring to the attention of the Security Training Manager other suitable areas for the company to exploit.
- Ensure the accurate input of learner data onto the management information system.
- Adhere to strict timelines for training, assessment and examination.
- Attendance and constructive programme feedback in team meetings as required by Security Training Manager.
- Participate fully in Internal and External Verifier visits as required by the Awarding Bodies and the Quality and Verification Officer.
- Be prepared to undertake other duties in relation to the needs of the Security Training Team or as appropriate to the post as agreed by the Head of Operations.

Essential Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Must be A1 qualified with security experience
- A full clean driving licence
- CertEd or equivalent teaching qualification (desirable)
- Level 4 Qualification for Teachers of Basic Skills in Literacy and/or Numeracy
- Relevant Experience: Delivery of Basic Skills training and qualifications to groups of adult learners.
- Flexible and willing to stay in hotels 3/4 nights a week if we cannot place close to where you live.
