Security Design Specialist - upto £50k
Large Defence company who Operate in over 50 countries worldwide would like to employ a Security Design Specialist (Information Security) for their site In Somerset.
You will be responsible for product evaluation by independent bodies under schemes such as Common Criteria, the CESG Assisted Products Scheme and the CESG Tailored Assurance Scheme. The position involves working will various business units with the group, on various projects. The majority of your daily duties would include advising on product architectural design and design implementation. Planning and specification of Security testing. Creation of security evaluation and documentation.Familiarity with the following is desired: ·Common Criteria, CESG Infosec Memorandum No. 36 or No. 40
·CESG Tailored Assurance Scheme, FIPS-140, Manual of Protective Security / Defence Manual of Security (JSP 440), BS 7799 / ISO 27001, Microsoft Office. Significant, proven experience working in a development environment. Experience in full design lifecycle from requirements, architecture design, implementation, and verification and operation.
