* An RF / Comms System Design Engineer is sought with a good electrical engineering background
* You will also be familiar with component design (such as filters, mixers, amplifiers
* Experience of commercial EMC applicable software packages (e.g 3D modelling, circuit & system design tools, GTD analysis) sought
* The function of our client's Technical Unit is providing a central & transverse competency & service that meets changing needs of their business in the disciplines Electrical Systems, RF, Elec. I/F & Harness, Power Engineering & EMC Analysis / Design / Verification & Test
* As part of the Central Electrical Engineering in UK, you will conduct electrical engineering activities supporting project system teams within the business units
* Particular involvement in RF system Design & Analysis for Space Applications
* Liaise with system architects & understanding of system
design & requirements
* Understand the limitations of components such as filters, mixers, amplifiers, antennas etc & the effects on system design
* Perform RF compatibility analysis
* Input & preparation of test plans & procedures
* Review Test Reports
* Follow up new RF technologies/techniques |
