Regional Facilities Manager required to lead a team of Facilities Managers on PFI education contract for leading service provider in the North.
This is a roaming role and can be based from either North East or North West. You will have previous PFI Experience on either an education, accommodation or health project and have managed multiple sites.
You will manage this total FM contract through your teams of managers and will be responsible for ensuring the the clients expectations are met. We are looking for someone that is very customer focused who ideally qualified with a building services qualification or facilities based equivalent.
