This is a small to medium sized PQS consultancy based in the Harrogate region. They provide Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent and Project Management services to a wide range of public and private sector clients. Recent projects completed include several landmark projects within the Yorkshire region.
Due to a current member of staff relocating, they are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. You will ideally come from a PQS environment, possibly looking to move away from one of the Leeds based practices to somewhere where the work is equally as challenging and rewarding, but where the offices are easily reached, and where there are no parking issues. The work is predominantly Yorkshire and the surrounding areas based, with some large scale projects being a little further afield. They have recently been awarded projects in Retail, Education, Health and Leisure, and as such, your workload will be varied and interesting.
Salaries will be negotiable depending on your current level, but will reflect current market trends. You will ideally be MRICS, however, this is not considered essential for candidates with the right background. |
