You will be required to lead and manage the property team to effectively administer commercial property assets within self invested personal funds. This entails the purchase, disposal, and ongoing administration of commercial property (Including, but not limited to, the monitoring of insurance, rent reviews and lease renewals)
Where errors or exceptions arise, to liaise with internal stakeholders, IFAs and clients to resolve, in line with published service levels and internal guidelines
