Project Managers provide a single point of accountability for specific projects and are responsible for managing all resources to ensure customer satisfaction (quality, cost, delivery) and optimise financial returns for our client.
Total accountability for all aspects of the project under his/her control and delivering the business cases.

Personal Characteristics
·It is essential that the candidate has project management experience in an aerospace or manufacturing industry.
·Demonstrated ability to deliver against key customer milestones and within project costs
·Possess excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills
·Emotionally resilient and able to drive projects effectively for excellence against demanding targets in a complex, multi-disciplined environment
·Committed to the effective personal development of all team members
·Proven track record in managing sophisticated technical activity, whilst retaining sharp focus on business outcomes.
·Must be experienced in managing customer facing projects.
·Strong influencing skills to ensure key deliverables are met.
·Must have experience working within a matrix structure
