Success is judged on delivery of the project and the fulfilment of requirements for time, cost, quality and safety. This company is looking to grow its Project Management division based in Leeds.
The role will encompass demonstrating the ability to understand client requirements and develop project solutions, implementing a planned approach to managing the project from inception to successful completion.
Team work is high on the skills wanted list, working towards goals and targets and ensure the necessary development of staff. You must be client facing and have exceptional communication skills, in order to develop long term relationships. You will quickly own the financial management of projects, therefore a background of this sort of work is essential.
You must have skills necessary to represent the company when dealing both with clients and members of the team/senior management, leadership and motivation skills together with the ability to influence any decision making process and suggest problem solving solutions where necessary.
A work history working in a similar consultancy environment and knowledge of current legal requirements in relation to construction would be a distinct advantage.
