Role:
The Principle Track Engineer will manage the demand for technical track engineering input. This will be achieved through the delivery of appropriately packaged resources, work, & advice. The holder will also act to develop the internal capability for the short-term and long-term benefit of MRSSL. To provide expert advice to ensure compliance with all relevant Statutes and Standards.
Required skills/expertise/qualifications:
Development and delivery of professional engineering based technical capability, preferably in track engineering.
Preferred formal qualifications are a minimum of a higher education certificate in relevant discipline.
Substantial skills and expertise are required in demand and delivery management, customer service, managing change, design and/or project engineering and business management.
Primary requirement is the knowledge and expertise of working in the Railway industry combined with leadership skills and a willingness to embrace change
