A world renowned engineering consultancy is looking for a engineering consultant, Tis job will involve international travel , Salary 65k + Package , Location South East
DUTIES:
? Provide in depth input and support on structural and civil engineering issues
? Be the focal point for field development engineering issues.
? Develop a detailed understanding of the workflow and programs in the suite of products.
? Oversee and manage collection and storage or cost and technical data
? Define and manage documented processes to ensure quality and timely delivery or engineering specifications and data.
? Manage a team of development engineers
? Work closely with the Product Managers to ensure timely release of all software and development models in the suite release cycle.
? Work with the Product Managers to ensure clients` needs are met.
? Perform technical presentations.
? Support Product Management with product technical knowledge and advice, where required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have an in depth understanding of engineering and economics processes in the energy industry.
Proven team and project leadership skills
Dynamic, self motivated and resourceful with excellent written and oral presentation skills.
Honours or Masters Degree preferably in Petroleum, Mechanical, Process, or Civil Engineering or other similar engineering discipline.
5-10 or more years design skills in upstream onshore and offshore field development.
