PRINCIPAL ENGINEER - TRANSIT / STAFFORDSHIRE / £30K-£38K

* Application specific training
* Knowledge of & ability to apply Health & Safety / environmental legislation
* PC/keyboard literacy
* Electrical engineering or masters in related discipline preferred
VARIED & CHALLENGING ROLE FOR A PRINCIPAL TRANSIT ENGINEER in which you will:
* Contribute broad engineering expertise to interpret customers requirements & formulate, cost & implement solutions in a profitable manner
* Proactively manage an area of technology & ensure the business can provide leading edge solutions by maintaining a high level of engineering expertise/professionalism
* Design authority or lead engineer on projects
* Technical point of contact for Project Managers/customers
* Plan, lead & conduct project meetings/design reviews to ensure implementation is in accordance with project requirements
* Train/coach other staff to maintain engineering standards & disseminate key technological changes |
