The company is a Mobile Phone technology client who develop mobile content such as video & music, WAP portals, SMS gateways, MMS etc.
They are looking for a pre sales technical specialist to work as part of their project management team, where you will bridge the gap between sales and development. You will work closely with the sales teams and enterprise customers and network operators to accurately specify development projects, and ensure successful end to end project delivery to customers` expectations.
As pre sales consultant you should also have proven knowledge and abilities in software development gained within a mobile/content environment. Experience of working with hosted services or mobile technology.
You must have experience in presenting/pitching the technical side of a solution to end/external client's so excellent communication and presentation skills a must.
They like to see experience with specifying and/or developing one or more of:-
WAP portals/pages
MMS
Content (Video, Music etc) delivery systems or management systems
Web 2.0 development - interactive sites, PHP
Handset applications - applications that run completely or partially on the mobile phone
SMS Aggregation - SMS consoles/Gateways
