Reporting directly to the Development Director, you will instruct, liaise and coordinate with external consultants, architects and urban designers in connection with the planning application process. In addition, you will be conversant with and successfully utilise regional/Local plans, Supplementary Planning Documents and latest planning guidelines. The ability to build strong working relationships is essential.
