Planner – Construction - Main Contractor – High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
A respected main contractor, part of one of the largest construction company's in the Europe, is actively looking for a planner to be based out of their office in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
As a planner you will be partly office partly site based. The successful planner will be based out of their High Wycombe office with a majority of the projects being based with in the Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Hertfordshire areas.
The building division provides a construction service (New Build and Refurbishments) mainly with in the public sector, building in the health, education, leisure, and commercial sectors. Projects will vary in value from £500k - £10 million. A majority of the projects will be based on traditional forms of contract.
The successful Planner will have experience in developing both pre and post contract programmes, have experience using Power Project. It is essential that as a planner you have excellent communication and presentation skills for pre tender interviews. This is a stand-alone role so a senior or intermediate level planner would be better suited.
