Due to the continued success of the Banking and Finance team of a large Consultancy, is expanding and are looking for a PFI Due Dilligence Consultant, to be based in their London Office. You will be working mainly on BSF (building schools for the future) and Hospitals PFI.
As a PFI Due Dilligence Consultant, you will be liaising with Companies, Funders, Monoline Guarantors and Investors as part of an iterative process leading to the identification and elimination or management of risks to the Funders' interest. You will also be required to deliver project-monitoring services to the Funders during the construction phase including monthly reporting and certification duties.
The role as a PFI Due Dilligence Consultant would suit someone with an intermediate level background in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying who would like to gain experience in PFI Consultancy.
You will ideally have a degree in 'built environment'.
