Part-time Project Worker - £9.95 - £10.95 per hour - 17.5 hours per week

Preferably the candidate should have experience of working with young people and of working in a housing setting.

JOB PURPOSE

To undertake support planning and manage a number of support plans and other relevant duties in support of both the provision of high quality housing and housing support services and tenancy support to promote independent living as appropriate to a specific client group with diverse needs.


DIMENSIONS

Staffing numbers managed total: none (although some may undertake a very limited supervisory role in particular experienced Project Workers or where the Team Manager is not based at the service)
