Job Purpose:
• To assist with administrative activities in delivering the Prime Contract East • Provide assistance to other team members as required
• Provide a professional service to the client
• To provide support to the customer Main Responsibilities
• Monitoring Sickness
• Managing the recruitment and induction process including agency staff
• Reports
• Answering generally queries
• Processing forms
• Data inputting Other Responsibilities: Telephone:
• Answer telephone in a polite & friendly manner.
• Take accurate messages.
• Answer any general queries to the best of your ability. Mail:
• General post duties.
• Distribute as necessary.
Email & Calendar Management: • View team's online calendars (if requested/required), ensuring appointments are logged clearly and in a timely manner.
• Archive emails using the online filing structure outlined on Primenet. Meetings/Training/Presentations:
• Attend meetings, training seminars and presentations as required by the site team.
• Arrange meeting/training/presentation rooms/venues for site team. Organise refreshments and clear away as required.
• Prepare in advance (as directed by supervisor) meetings packs of information to include: o Directions o Agenda o Previous Minutes o Key Items of Correspondence
• Ensure equipment required for meeting/training/presentation is available. |
