OPERATIONS MANAGER / BUCKS / TO £50K

-Customer satisfaction
-Quality, delivery and cost standards
-Sales and margin performance
-Lean manufacturing strategy
-Policy and Strategy initiatives
Personal Characteristics
·Proven experience of achieving targets in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ideally aerospace
·Proven management experience
·Excellent knowledge of and a champion of the latest manufacturing techniques, eg. Lean Manufacturing.
·Proven ability to lead, motivate and build teams
·Ability to develop others through the use of a variety of techniques, e.g. coaching, mentoring
·A pragmatic approach to getting the required results.
·Well developed interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
·Possesses the necessary enthusiasm, desire to succeed and discipline to achieve significant results for the organisation. |
