Mobile Warden - Greater Manchester - 3 month contract
1.To act as the local manager/administrator of the scheme
2.Request and record personal information about the tenant that is relevant to their housing, support or care needs and it is in the interest of the Council to have this information – i.e. share information on a ‘'need to know' basis
3.Assist the housing management team in lettings by allowing prospective tenants around the property and scheme
4.Make contact with tenants where required as a good neighbour
5.Summon help in the case of an emergency, and contact the relevant agencies and emergency contacts
6.Encourage tenants to achieve and maintain their independence, and seek to promote the health and well-being of tenants where appropriate
7.to ensure that tenants comply with their tenancy agreements, and protect the rights of tenants to enjoy peace, quiet and privacy in conjunction with the housing management team
8.Demonstrate the use of scheme equipment to tenants
Report repair and maintenance problems associated with the scheme
