A mechanically biased, building services maintenance engineer is required for a site in Hereford. You will be expected to carry out a wide range of duties to include equipment found in the plant room, heating and ventilation systems and possibly security and fire alarm systems. You will also have a good working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and building maintenance.
The successful candidate must have served a recognised and registered apprenticeship in CITB, EITB, or EAL and have two years relevant working knowledge in that industry.
