Based in Croydon for the local Council within its housing department this role is for a Building Services (Mechanical) Engineer responsible for responsive repairs within the housing management division
You will be responsible for the delivery of a customer orientated, mechanical responsive engineering repair service covering voids and occupied dwellings.
Specific experience includes a working knowledge of GAS & Heating services. You will carry out inspection, surveys and work out a program of responsive repairs and maintenance with the repairs manager
You should be qualified to C&G or HNC level and have either a ACS or ACoPs level certification
You should be eligible to work in the UK
