Managing QS urgently required in Cambridgeshire to support capital construction schemes within the public sector
Job Purpose:
Manage and administer the Eastern Regional Prime Contract in conjunction with the rest of the Projec t Team in order to ensure that both BLL corporate governance is adhered to and the Cleitn's requirements are satisfied.
2.Accountabilities:
Prepare the commercial submission of ROEIs, Assessment Studies and MPTCs to ensure compliant bids are provided to BD/DE within an agreed timescale.
Develop project risk registers with the Project Team and supply chain for submission with Assessment Studies and MPTCs.
Prepare and issue Supply Chain contracts to ensure work is carried out under the BLL approved forms of contract.
Prepare commercial reports on a monthly basis for presentation to both core BLL business and BD/DE to forecast project out-turn costs.
Manage the valuation process, ensuring BLL cash balances remain positive whilst the supply chain receive timely payments for work carried out.
Identify project variations with the Project team and submit valuations of the change to BD/De to ensure MPTC reconciliations can be carried out as required.
Agree final accounts with the supply chain and issue to DE for agreement of the final pain/gain calculation.
