We are
hiring a Principal Logistics Engineer within our global Training & Simulation business which support customers within the civil aviation, military, energy and entertainment industries. This role will provide expertise in Logistics Engineering including development of the Logistics Engineering Database. Develop, maintain and apply pragmatic processes encompassing the principals of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). Represent the team in meetings with customer, programme management and engineering management. Prepare bids, including estimating of tasks and preparation of words for inclusion in customer proposals. To perform this role you will have proven experience in Logistics Engineering practices. Be computer literate with the ability to analyse complex engineering information, able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff within the company. Possess budget control and scheduling skills. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience. Alternatively a proven track record in resolving complex problems and developing new technical approaches. Salary £30-35K + excellent benefits + career opportunities
