LEAN PRACTITIONER / BUCKINGHAMSHIRE / £36K-£40K + BONUS & BENEFITS
* In this key role you will drive operational improvements by identifying & leading site wide improvement events & projects
* You will also develop the overall process capability through the structured use of the Lean & Six Sigma tools
To apply for this exciting position you must have:
- Lean Practitioner training & Six Sigma qualification to Green Belt Level
- PC literacy; Self-sufficient & largely self-motivated
- Excellent communication, planning & influencing skills internally/with external suppliers/subcontractors
- Demonstrated management skills in an operational role within a manufacturing business
- Proven success in change management
- Energetic/results focused with exp managing to agreed measures of performance & to tight deadlines
- Well developed financial skills including cost control
The LEAN PRACTITIONER's will:
* Promote/drive continuous improvement through Operations with linkage into the Supply Chain
* Conduct Value Stream Mapping activities to enable identification of improvement opportunities
* Identify/lead site wide events & projects with multi-functional teams to ensure sustainable & robust & measurable improvement
* Compile/monitor Module driver metrics & charts to ensure that the employees are aware of the impact of the various CI initiatives |
