LEAD RF SYSTEMS ENGINEER / HAMPSHIRE / £NEG
Challenging position for an experienced RF Systems Engineer with line management/team leadership exp. You will lead a small team of RF systems engineers working on advanced telecommunications payloads. Applications are welcomed from engineers with the following skills:
- Proven track record in RF communications systems or equipments, gained in a professional position
- Technical management or team leadership gained in a systems environment
- Spaceborne communications system design/analysis
- Payload system design/analysis, Integration, Validation & Test
- Payload equipments design/build/test (e.g HPA, LNAs, DSPs, RF Filters, Antennas)
- Digital/analogue communications
- System/sub-system/equipment specification writing
- Requirements management
In this varied role as group leader, you will provide a line management function for individual team members as well as supporting them in day to day tasks encompassing payload system design & analysis, specification & definition of hardware, payload system integration, liaison with customer representatives & in resolving technical issues |
