Do you have a degree in risk management, mathematics, Operational Research or Statistics or equivalent to a 2.1 or above?
Our client is looking for graduates with strong mathematical and analytical skills to join their growing project risk management team.
Ideally you will have had some risk management experience, however our client will offer extensive training and development to those graduates looking to peruse a career in risk management, Cost Modelling or Operational Analysis.
Established for nearly 30 years our client provides Business and Project Assurance since to the defence, aviation and energy sectors. Their services include operational and engineering system assessment, risk and safety management advice, investment and strategic options appraisal and project management services.
The role will encompass, but not be limited to, the following
·Assessment of client's existing risk management processes
·Identification of process improvement requirements
·Training clients, both as part of the process improvement task and bespoke courses
·Qualitative and quantitative (Monte-Carlo) risk assessments
·Promoting sales of our clients services, both in the field of risk management and other offerings
Unfortunately, because of the nature of the work undertaken by our client, this post requires candidates to meet special nationality rules. There is often a business need for staff to be able to work with “UK eyes only” material. You must be a UK national and have resided in the UK for the previous five years. These posts are not open to dual nationals. This is because of the sensitive nature of the work, and the need to deploy staff flexibly across a wide range of projects.
