Ref No CB953: Health & Safety Training Consultant
LOCATION: Rainham, Essex
Role Purpose:
To grow the H&S capability and to support already established H&S delivery in line with company growth.
Personal Qualities:
A flexible, approachable person who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the health & safety sector and is adaptable in relation to their working environment. An excellent communicator who has a creative flair in relation to training design and delivery.
Essential Qualifications: CMIOSH
NEBOSH Diploma
Degree (or equivalent)
ECDL Level 2 (or equivalent)
Role related experience:
-Proven record in delivery of H&S Training from entry level to director level
-Ability to design course material to a high standard
-Ability to conduct a TNA
-Conversant with latest H&S legislation and impending changes
-Ability to support the in-house H&S Advisor
-Advising customers on H&S issues
-Evaluating impact of H&S training
-Understanding of selling H&S solutions and has an established network of H&S contacts (desirable)
-Previous experience in producing tenders/delivering presentations (desirable)
Other essential criteria:
-full driving licence and own transport
-some national travel/overnight stays will be required
Additional Information:
Company will consider applications from candidates who have worked within a dedicated H&S environment (and have the minimum required qualifications/abilities) that would like to use their knowledge to transfer to a training delivery role.

Salary details: £38,000 plus on target bonus, 5% company pension contribution
