The ideal person will have the following skills:
• A minimum of three years experience working within either a UK based design consultancy or house builder
• A recognised qualification.
• Will have been responsible for the punctual completion of house-type working drawings and technical approvals on new-build housing sites,
• Be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the Building Regulations.
• It is imperative that you are an eager and committed team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. However you will need the ability to work alone as an when required.
• Experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential.
