Our client is a progressive up and coming refurbishment contractor based in the City. They have been around for 8 years and have continue to grow year on year. They are looking for an intermediate quantity surveyor to initially be based on a £3m office fit out project in the square mile. This is a fast track project due to last 16 weeks. The main duties for the intermediate quantity surveyor is to manage this projects surveying duties such as sub contractor meetings, valuations, final accounts and reporting to the Chief Surveyor on a monthly basis.
The ideal Intermediate Quantity Surveyor must come from a construction background either new build or refurbishment knowledge would be useful.
