This client is a leading defence company and they are looking for an Information Security Engineer.
An Information Assurance and Systems Security consultant with a communications and IT systems design and cross spectrum security background is required.
The successful applicant will be expected to provide Information Assurance and overall Systems Security advice to the customer, predominately but not limited to standalone or Network Enabled Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems in either the defence, governmental or commercial sectors.
Thorough knowledge of communications and IT systems and it would be desirable to have knowledge of Technology areas such as IP, VoIP, PKI, Identity Management, SOA etc.
It would be desirable if you had any of the following: CICCP, CISM, CISA, CISMP, CLAS.
This is a role where you will be required to get security cleared status and so you need have hold a british passport and have lived in the UK for at least the last 3 years.
