As the Head
of Business Development and Sales for the Military Customer Services division of a global Defence and Aerospace organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring the identification, promotion, development and capture of profitable new business opportunities. Our exclusively retained client is a global leader in complete system solutions for fixed and rotary wing aircraft with a portfolio that includes Avionics, Radar, Electronic Warfare and Mission Systems. The Military Customer Services division provides customer support to ILS, Obsolescence Management, Supply Chain, Upgrade Services and Total Support Services for Avionics and Electrical systems. Working from our Aerospace Head Office based at Crawley (West Sussex), the Head of MCS Business Development will manage the day to day co-ordination of the development team, ensuring achievement of the budgeted order intake and growth strategy relating to the UK Domestic Military market. Ideally, candidates should be strategic Sales professionals with experience of Business Development in the Military sector, although candidates with Civil Aviation experience will also be relevant.
