The Graduate Development Programme will allow successful candidates to work within one of the business areas of General Dynamics UK Ltd. Each business area consists of several smaller departments and can be divided into different projects. As a Graduate, you will move between these departments ensuring that you experience and understanding of how General Dynamics UK operates. You will gain hands on experience undertaking activities under the supervision and guidance of a senior employee.
As a graduate on the General Dynamics graduate development programme, your first year will consist of a range of technical, interpersonal & team working training courses to develop skills that are fundamental to the business. Graduates will form multi-disciplined teams where you will learn about the various Programmes and business units, carrying out research and presenting back findings to the Vice Presidents of business units.
Graduates joining General Dynamics UK will be expected to add value from day one. Through the development programme and through work experience in departmental areas, graduates will develop into valuable members of the business.
Qualifications:
A minimum qualification of a 2:1 honours degree is required for the Graduate Development Programme.
